I know, I know, how many times have I started working out and then never finished? Well, this time I’m on a mission! I’ve decided to take some small steps in doing this and Richard is home so I have a partner! We purchased one of those kits you put on the door and it came with a DVD for an 11 minute workout. We are both doing it each night (or morning) and cheering each other on. Richard wants to loose weight as well so bring it on!
So I’m not sure what I weigh, I’ll have to weigh tomorrow, but my waist is 40.5 inches and my hips are 55 inches which is horrible! I’m going to make my goal be to lose inches. I’m tired of that stupid scale depressing me so off with its head! But I will weigh myself and make myself only weigh myself once a week and measure once a week. The main deal is I might be starting a job in a few weeks and all the clothes I used to wear for my secretary job, well, I put them on and after four kids and almost eight years of being a stay-at-home-mom, they don’t fit! So the goal is to get into them and hopefully by Christmas (if not before) be able to throw those out and go shopping!
So here’s to day one, I worked out, I hurt, I drink about four glasses of water and if I can make it up the stairs to go to bed, I’ll survive!

Okay, forgot to post on Friday so I’m posting today! I lost 2 lbs last week during week #1 of our Biggest Loser Season 2 contest! That’s what I wanted to lose! I didn’t win for the week, but I’m stepping it up this week and hope to drop more than that. I plan on measuring every third week to see if there’s a change so pray there is! I’m going to get off here so I can make the kids some lunch and once they finish their movie, I’m going to workout and workout hard! Another friend of mine has challenged a few friends to do 100 squats a day so I plan on doing those on the WiiFit so as long as I’m doing it, I might as well get credit for them! TTFN!

Biggest Loser Contest |
Okay, I’m a little behind, but our Biggest Loser contest #2 started on Sept. 11, 2009. Sorry I haven’t been updating, but with school starting and end of summer stuff, I haven’t bee on here as much. But I wanted to get pictures posted today and a weight posted so when I weigh in tomorrow, I hope to have some good news!
I started out on 9-11-2009 at a weight of 246 pounds. It’s horrible, yes, but I have been trying to watch what I eat all week so I’m hoping that something will be gone. I haven’t done much exercise this week, but next week I’m going to step it up. The contest runs until December 4th, so the plan is to lose at least 2lbs a week and in twelve weeks I should have lost 24lbs. That’s my goal. Let’s see if I get there!
Here are my measurements: Bust-46″; Waist-43″; Hips-55″. I hope to start losing those inches soon! Wish me lots of luck!

Biggest Loser Contest, Measurements, Picture Day! |
I guess this is going to get confusing! Day 15, Day One, huh? I am working out again on the Wii Active 30 day challenge. It’s a butt-kicker and that’s what I need! I sweated like a pig and felt good afterwards. Anyways, I did it, I forgot to weigh-in, but I will wait this week and do it on Friday. The Biggest Loser contest starts Sept. 11th with my friends from one of my playgroups so I’m going to work hard to win! Not sure what the pot is, but we are all pitching in $10 and have to have at least 5 people so someone could win at least $50! So I’m going to do it!!!!
I will post a picture too on that day and my weight and measurements so I can see how it goes. TTFN!
