Yes, I was able to chat with Richard today online which was really nice. Made my day! Last night I did 50 crunches before going to bed and plan to do them tonight too. Didn’t get to the Wii, but will try again tomorrow! Made spaghetti tonight, it was good. Not much to say, but my goal is to write everyday so here I am!
Today was not a good day. Well, eating-wise, yes it was. I tracked my calories and only consumed 740 calories which I should have eaten another 500 just to be where I need to be, but I was glad to have been able to track what I ate. I haven’t done that in awhile. I didn’t get on the Wii, I hardly had any energy today, but I think I will do better tomorrow. I’m hoping to! But I’m posting which is a goal of mine to accomplish. I’m fixing to head to bed, I need to go to sleep earlier! School’s going to start soon! TTFN!
Well, at least I didn’t gain anything in a week! That means I need to lose four pounds this week so I can catch up. That’s the goal! I didn’t get a chance to workout on the Wii today, but we did clean out a lot and I did a lot of walking so I guess that helps. Ate chicken for dinner without the skin. Tomorrow I need to get my water in, I forgot that today. Tomorrow will be better!
Don’t have much to say. We had a light breakfast at home, lunch was a leftover sub sandwich and for dinner, we ended up at Burger King with some coupons we had, but I only ate my burger and a few fries. I wasn’t very hungry. When we came home, we went for a short walk so that was nice. I spent the afternoon cleaning the kitchen including taking the entire refrigerator apart and cleaned it all out so there’s nothing old or stinky or bad for me in there now! That’s about it. I meant to get to bed earlier and it didn’t happen, but there’s always tomorrow!
Don’t really have a title for today. It’s just day 6! We woke up late and had a late lunch and a small dinner. I didn’t get my water in, but I will tomorrow. I’ll try to get double tomorrow! Not much else to say! TTFN!
